Yes. Our homes meet all the requirements for the state code, the same as stick built. The only difference is our homes are built in a controlled environment and then delivered to your lot and assembled onsite. The advantage is higher quailty and better pricing.

There is a choice of Crawl Space  or Full Basement.  We use ICF Foundations.  ICF  stands for Insulated Concrete Forms.  Much more energy efficient than block or poured wall.

24′ x 24′  garage is standard.  The Garage is site built after the house is set on the foundation.  We can go up to any Depth of the garage.

Yes. We are happy to build your home on your lot. We also have excellent options in neighborhoods surrounding Petoskey.

We offer all different Sub contractors. We can do the Drain Field, Septic Tank, We can build the Garage, Front porch. Electric and Plumbing/ Heat. D and G Homes can handle every step of the way from start to move in for you.

The build time is short! From the date you order the house, to the date where you can move in your home is generally 4 – 5 months.

Our homes come from the factory with finished drywall, cabinets and trim, along with flooring. When your home arrives from the factory, we set the home on the foundation. Before move in, we take care of any finishing touches needed.
