Home Foundations
Our preferred method of foundation is ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) This is a poured wall that has 2 1/2″ inches of polystyrene on either side. This creates an insulated foundation that will provide a dry and robust living space for generations to enjoy. Drywall is to cover the inside of the walls and stucco is installed on the exterior to meet local building codes.
